By accessing the GodlRun interface or interacting with the GodlRun smart contracts, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the protocol.
1. Eligibility
You must be of legal age to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction of residence to use GodlRun. You represent that your use of GodlRun does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you.
2. Prohibited jurisdictions
You may not access or use GodlRun if you are a resident of, located in, or accessing the protocol from any jurisdiction in which such access or use is prohibited or restricted under applicable law, or if you are subject to any sanctions list or comparable restriction. Determining whether your use is lawful where you are is your responsibility alone.
3. Nature of the protocol: not investment advice, not a security, no expectation of profit
GodlRun is a smart-contract game mechanic. Nothing in this documentation, any associated interface, or any communication from anyone associated with GodlRun constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. $TOKEN and any interaction with the GodlRun smart contracts should not be understood or relied upon as an investment, and you should not participate with any expectation of profit derived from the efforts of others. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether your use of GodlRun is appropriate for you, including in light of any applicable law.
Nothing here should be read as a representation that $TOKEN, the slot mechanic, or any related asset is or is not a "security" or similar regulated instrument under the law of any jurisdiction. Any such determination depends on jurisdiction-specific legal analysis, and you should not rely on these terms as a substitute for your own.
4. As-is basis, no warranty
GodlRun, its smart contracts, any associated website or interface, and all related materials are provided strictly "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. No party associated with GodlRun warrants that the smart contracts are free of defects, that any interface will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from your use of the protocol.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no party associated with GodlRun shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, tokens, profits, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, GodlRun, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The aggregate liability of any party associated with GodlRun, for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the protocol, shall not exceed the amount you paid in connection with the specific transaction giving rise to that claim.
6. Your responsibility for your own wallet and keys
You are solely responsible for the security of your own wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. No party associated with GodlRun can recover funds lost due to a compromised wallet, a lost private key, a phishing attack, a mistaken transaction, or any other action or omission on your part. Transactions on a public blockchain are generally irreversible.
7. Your responsibility for taxes
You are solely responsible for determining what, if any, taxes apply to your transactions in connection with GodlRun, and for withholding, collecting, reporting, and remitting the correct amounts to the appropriate tax authorities. No party associated with GodlRun provides tax advice or tax reporting on your behalf.
8. Forfeiture on an expired window is by design
If you hold the slot and your active window expires before anyone displaces you, and you are subsequently displaced (an "expiry takeover"), you forfeit 100% of the ETH you originally paid for the slot and 100% of your token deposit, with no refund or rebate of any kind. This is an intentional, disclosed mechanic of the game, not an error, malfunction, or unexpected event. By claiming the slot, you accept this outcome as a possible and intended result of your own decision to hold, and your own decision (or failure) to act before your window expires.
9. Protocol parameters may be adjusted
Certain parameters governing the game's economics and timing may be adjusted by the protocol over time. You should not assume that any specific numeric value described in any documentation, marketing material, or prior version of an interface remains current. Always verify live, on-chain values directly before relying on them.
10. No guarantee of continued operation
There is no guarantee that GodlRun will continue to operate, remain available, or be maintained for any particular period of time. The protocol may be discontinued, modified, or become unavailable at any time, for any reason, without notice.
11. Dispute resolution
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of GodlRun shall be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action. You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally before commencing any formal proceeding.
